The Cambie Corridor Plan is a multi-phased plan by the City of Vancouver to create new communities along the Canada Line, Metro Vancouver’s rapid transit line that connects Vancouver to Richmond. Spanning several decades, the Cambie Corridor Plan is one of the largest neighbourhood-wide densification plans in the city’s history.

Over the last few years, Innotech Windows + Doors has manufactured and supplied our European-style windows and doors for many of the multi-family developments on the Cambie Corridor. Specifying high-performance fenestration has many benefits for the developers, building teams and homeowners:

The Basalt at 3373 Cambie Street

Completed in 2020, The Basalt is a 6-storey multi-family development with 51 contemporary residences. Designed by Shift Architecture and built by Performance Builders, The Basalt is LEED® for Homes Mid-Rise Gold certified.

Developer: Pennyfarthing Homes

The Grayson 4188 Cambie Street

The Grayson is a collection of 58 residences in a 6-storey concrete building designed by RLA Architects and built by Performance Builders. Completed in 2018, The Grayson features a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rooms with private outdoor spaces.

Developer: Pennyfarthing Homes

Parc Elise at 4488 Cambie Street

The Parc Elise is two separate 6-storey wood frame over concrete buildings with a total of 83 luxury residential condos and 19 townhouses. Built by long-term building partner, Performance Builders, Parc Elise is LEED® for Homes Mid-Rise Gold certified. Pre-construction models conducted by Williams Engineering also indicated that the Parc Elise was designed and built to save over 30% of energy costs relative to the ASHRAE 90.1 baseline.

The Henry at 5393 Cambie Street

Designed by GBL Architects, The Henry is a 6-storey concrete multi-family development that is LEED® for Homes Mid-Rise Gold certified. Featuring 48 luxury residences, The Henry also offers residents a unique rooftop garden with unparalleled city views.

In addition to the projects listed above, Innotech is scheduled to supply two more projects, including Voyce at 5168 Cambie Street by Forefield Development Group. Designed by GBL Architects and built by Performance Builders, Voyce is a soon-to-be 6-storey concrete mid-rise community with 81 luxury homes. We look forward to manufacturing the high-performance windows and doors later this year.
