New Affordable Housing for Seniors in Okanagan Falls

Residents have started to move-in to the homes at South Skaha Place in Okanagan Falls!

South Skaha Place is a new 3-storey, 26-unit affordable housing apartment complex for independent seniors. Located in the heart of the village, the new building is within walking distance to transit, parks, medical services and shopping.

South Skaha Place is a part of a Province-led initiative to build more than 1,600 new affordable homes in the Okanagan. It was supported by BC Housing, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen and the South Skaha Housing Society. Built by Greyback Construction, Innotech supplied our energy-efficient windows for the 26 homes.
