Message from Our President
To our Valued Clients,
This year, Innotech celebrated our twentieth anniversary. I would never have imagined that our twentieth year would be our most challenging year yet!
In fact, the past two years have been extremely challenging, as they have for so many other businesses, families, and individuals. And while these last two years have put our team, our business, and our industry to the test, I am grateful for so much and more determined than ever.
Our clients have been resilient in the face of so much unpredictability. I would like to personally thank you for your patience and understanding as we have worked through ever-changing COVID-19 restrictions, supply chain shortages, and shipping interruptions.
There have been times this year where we have fell short of our own high expectations. While our team worked tirelessly and creatively to resolve surprise after surprise, despite all our efforts there were times when we were not able to deliver on our promises. This has been difficult for me, our entire team and most importantly, our clients.
Alongside these challenges, we have also experienced many positives this year:
- the demand for high-performance fenestration has skyrocketed
- we launched four new Passive House Institute certified systems
- we welcomed new staff to the growing Innotech family
- we developed many relationships with new suppliers
- we worked together with our clients and suppliers to solve difficult challenges
- we manufactured thousands of high-performance windows for hundreds of new homes across North America
As a new year begins, I am determined to achieve more positives. I am also determined to continue to focus on our core values and work diligently towards 100% client satisfaction. Twenty years in manufacturing in a highly competitive industry is a huge milestone. It has been, and continues to be, an incredible journey – a journey that has been driven by each one of our clients.
