COVID-19 Business Continuity Update

Innotech Windows + Doors is guided by a core purpose: helping people create healthier and safer living and working spaces.

As the unprecedented COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are responding by taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our employees, our clients and our communities.

Business Continuity Statement

At this time, our head office and manufacturing facility remains operational. The following measures have been implemented:

– All employees who can work remotely are fully enabled with the necessary tools and resources.
– All in person meetings have been cancelled, rescheduled or moved online.
– We are limiting entry to our head office and manufacturing plant to employees only.
– All employees who have traveled are asked to self-isolate for 14 days.
– All employees who feel unwell are asked to stay at home.

Showroom Closures

We believe it is socially responsible to temporarily close our showrooms in Langley, Vancouver, Kelowna and Calgary. Our Product Representatives are still available to provide ongoing support by phone, email or video. We also have many resources online, including our website and social media channels.

Online Lunch and Learns

We are working on transitioning our accredited in-person presentations to a web-based format. If you’re interested in scheduling an online presentation with your team, we invite you to contact your Product Representative for more info.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management

We are working closely with our suppliers to monitor any possible interruptions in our supply chain. We have taken proactive steps in ordering additional material to ensure all current orders can be manufactured on time. Any known delays that might affect any orders will be communicated immediately.

Current Clients

Job Site Meetings

Job site meetings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Essential meetings may be accommodated but phone or video conferencing is strongly preferred. Any face-to-face meetings will follow necessary social distancing and hygiene precautions.

Job Site Testing

All site testing, including mock-up testing and water testing, should be discussed with your Project Manager.

Job Site Delays

If you anticipate a delay in your project, we ask that you contact your Product Representative as soon as possible.

Local & International Shipping

Local shipping within Canada is currently on schedule.

International shipping to the USA is also on schedule. While our borders are closed to non-essential travels, our borders are still open to commerce. Any potential border delays will be monitored and we will schedule deliveries accordingly.

Installation

We will continue to provide installation services while taking the necessary social distancing and hygiene precautions.

Service

Service calls are limited to any service-related issues that affect the safety of your home or project, such as broken glass, hardware latching, and other safety issues. All other issues will be documented, scheduled for a later date, and will not affect your warranty. You may contact your Product Representative or our Service Department at 604-854-1111.

Ongoing Support

As this is a dynamic situation, we continue to closely monitor the situation, follow the recommendation of government authorities, and adjust our Business Continuity Plan as the situation requires. During these challenging times, it is our goal to maintain service excellence to the best of our ability.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions. We believe that open communication with our stakeholders will help alleviate any uncertainties and help overcome possible challenges.
