Message from our President
To our Valued Clients,
If I had to pick one word to describe this past year it would be: resilience.
It’s no secret that the construction industry faced many uncertainties this year. And just like most companies in the industry, we were also affected. As construction projects were delayed across both Canada and the United States, we had important decisions to make at Innotech.
Given the state of the industry, our overarching goal this year was to make sure we kept our entire team employed – in other words, no layoffs due to the economic conditions. We are happy to report that we achieved that goal – and along with it, so much more!
Over the last few years, we have significantly built up our team with talented, motivated and skilled individuals. Each employee has shown us tremendous commitment every day – and for many, for many years. This year, it was our turn to show our employees the same level of commitment.
With our team as strong as ever, we were able to accomplish what we did not expect in this economy: we manufactured more windows and doors that in previous years! All while continuing to focus on 100% client satisfaction.
Here are some of the other highlights from 2025:
- We successfully tested our core products to meet the demanding requirements for the NAFS AW Class.
- We manufactured high-performance windows and doors for 981 Davie in Vancouver, a 17-story Passive House tower.
- We developed a significant library of BIM models to support our clients.
- We participated in the CFS10-NHERI seismic and fire testing at the University of California San Diego.
- We were the fenestration manufacturer of choice for the mass timber home kit developed by the Nak’azdli Development Corporation in Fort Saint James, British Columbia.
- We launched a new quoting software that once fully implemented will significantly better support our clients.
And that – and so much more behind the scenes – demonstrates resilience! It may have been a challenging year, but we were able to stand true to our values.
