This past year was unexpected and unprecedented. The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply affected the entire world. Similar to all businesses, Innotech has also been affected. There were new health and safety protocols, remote employees, showroom closures, job site restrictions and regulations, virtual meetings and conferences, and supply chain disruptions that impacted our processes, employees and clients. Despite the many differences from years past, we are thankful for so much: the leadership from our provincial and national health authorities; our clients across North America who have been patient and understanding while we adapt to doing business during a global pandemic; and our employees who have thrived in the face of many uncertainties and changes.
As we navigate the temporary new normal, our team is determined to continue to safely serve our stakeholders and our communities. Every year, Innotech supports many non-profit organizations. This year, we have increased our donations to further support those impacted by the ongoing pandemic. Donations have been made to:
