In just over a decade, all building professionals in BC will be designing and building net-zero energy homes. Progressive building professionals have an exciting opportunity to develop the expertise, skill set and knowledge for future code requirements mandated by the BC Energy Step Code. The Passive House standard is one path building professionals can adopt to achieve the higher steps of the BC Energy Step Code.
