Designed by one of the homeowners and built by Triple Bar Construction (formerly Coastal Construction), the gorgeous West Coast style home features many environmentally friendly technologies and materials including geothermal heat, bamboo floors and cabinetry, recycled glass countertops, and Innotech Tilt + Turn Windows, Terrace Swing Doors and Entry Doors.
“I designed the home with lots of windows and doors,” says the homeowner. “Because the home faces the ocean, we needed to make sure to select windows and doors with a very good seal that could withstand the powerful winds that come in from the bay.” The ability to design various window and door combinations, colour selection and low maintenance finishes also helped the homeowners select Innotech products for their new home.
