Gran Cielo
Gran Cielo is a modern, design-forward master-planned neighborhood in Bozeman, Montana. The community is thoughtfully crafted to blend contemporary architecture with true neighborhood living spanning roughly 49 acres. Once complete, Gran Cielo will feature approximately 75 townhomes, 120 single family detached homes, and 150 apartment-style residences uniquely anchored around a world-class central park that serves as the social heart of the community.
Innotech Windows + Doors is the preferred manufacturer for the high-performance windows and doors throughout Gran Cielo. In 2020, the developer chose Innotech for the master-planned community as a result of prior successful collaborations, including Lykke Condos, South Rows and Talbach Haus. Cadius Partners was confident that Innotech would not only support their overall vision of modern, quality-built homes, but also provide reliable, ongoing service and support for both the design-build teams and the future homeowners.
While the homes in Gran Cielo range in size and style, they all have common features: high-quality construction, durable materials and high energy-efficiency. Innotech manufactured a range of products for the varied home types in Gran Cielo; every window and door was intentionally designed. The architects leveraged our products’ extensive design flexibility to create unique fenestration assemblies that beautifully balance aesthetics, function and performance.

In this bathroom, the Tilt + Turn Window is above the Fixed Window. This is the ideal placement for the operable window to provide effective natural ventilation when the window is opened in the tilt position.

We love this unique window placement! When space is tight, creativity shines. The frosted glass offers privacy without limiting natural light, while the Tilt + Turn Window can easily be tilted to provide natural ventilation.
