Skaha Hills
Skaha Hills is a 550-acre master planned community in sunny Penticton, BC. Overlooking the shores of Skaha Lake in the South Okanagan, the residential development offers luxury energy efficient residences in a resort inspired setting.
The unique multi-phase development by Greyback Construction broke ground in 2014 with Phase 1 – The Views. The Views consists of 47 homes built to achieve an impressive EnerGuide energy efficiency rating of 88. With many green building features, the first phase earned Skaha Hills the BC Fortis Building Energy Efficiency 2014 Tommie Gold Award from the Canadian Home Builders Association Okanagan.
Due to the overwhelming response to Phase 1, Skaha Hills simultaneously launched the sale of the next two phases in the Fall of 2015.
