Mackenzie Village
Mackenzie Village is a thoughtfully designed master-planned community located in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Nestled between the Selkirk Mountains to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the west, Mackenzie Village is a sought-after community that features modern townhouses, penthouses and condos in a walkable neighborhood.

Since 2023, Innotech has worked closely with the developer and contractor to support the multi-phase development’s vision to become a thriving and thoughtful community in the Columbia Mountains. We have manufactured and installed most of the high-performance windows and doors throughout Mackenzie Village. As of January 2026, we supplied three of the four multi-family mixed use buildings and three buildings in The Selkirks, phase 2 and phase 3 of Mackenzie Village – for a total of over 1,000 high-performance windows and doors!

The Selkirks at Mackenzie Village feature three 5-storey buildings that offer a mix of townhouses and condos.
The townhomes at The Selkirks feature large triple glazed windows and doors that provide ample natural light and stunning mountain views without compromising thermal and acoustic comfort. The developer and owners also benefit from lower energy use throughout the year and proven durability contributing to lower ongoing and future operational costs.
Many of the rooms within the townhomes feature (nearly) floor-to-ceiling windows with large Tilt + Turn Windows that provide effective natural ventilation in the tilt position.
