Lykke Condos
The Lykke Condos is a thoughtfully designed and well-built development located in Bozeman Montana. Built by the experienced team at CP Haus, the development includes 14 attached and 1 detached condominiums that feature the best in design, materials and livability in the city’s first agri-community.
The Lykke Condos were thoughtfully designed to be happy. The open concept Scandinavian architecture by Mosaic Architecture is paired with a high-performance building envelope, energy-efficient components, and luxurious finishes. Complete with a large community garden and orchard, many mature trees and abundant green space, the Lykke Condos support a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
Every condo features many large high-performance windows and doors. Intentionally designed, the windows and doors are an integral component to the overall look of each space, providing ample natural light and effective ventilation, without compromising the condo’s energy performance. Here are a few of our favourite spaces:
Instead of the usual kitchen design that features a single window above the sink, these open concept kitchens feature three large windows that span the entire width of the kitchen.
The open concept continues to the living room that has a a large Lift + Slide Door that opens to a private outside space. We also appreciate the reading nook with an additional Tilt + Turn Window.
The bedrooms also have beautiful architectural windows that are smartly designed: you’ll notice the Tilt + Turn Windows are very large and well-positioned on the wall to provide excellent natural ventilation.
