Located in the world famous ski resort of Whistler, British Columbia, this stunning contemporary home built by Ario Construction blends traditional features such as exposed wood beams, vaulted ceilings and cedar siding with ultra-modern elements like concrete accents, aluminum siding and titanium finished windows and doors to create a memorably unique residence.
Design Solutions
The many oversized windows on the two storey, hillside home flood the interior with natural light. Innotech offers windows with the structural strength required for large operable window openings – without the need to combine windows. The large Tilt + Turn Windows offer unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape, as well as provide excellent ventilation while in the tilt position.
The windows and doors are finished with a titanium exterior and white interior. The metallic finish exterior offers a striking contrast to the traditional cedar siding, while the white interior finish creates a warm and inviting space. Engineered to last for decades, the windows and doors require minimal maintenance, ensuring beautiful windows and doors for a long time.
