Window Deliveries Begin for The Louisa Flowers
Earlier this year, the team at O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders began construction of The Louisa Flowers in Portland, Oregon. Designed by LEVER Architecture and LRS Architects for Home Forward, the 12-story mixed-use building is Portland’s largest affordable housing development in the last 50 years.
Innotech is supplying Defender 76TS windows for the 240 apartments. Delivery begins this week and will continue over the next six months. The manufacturing and delivery schedule is carefully planned to ensure the windows are installed as they arrive to site. This eliminates any potential complications related to on-site storage and allows for a continuous work-flow for a timely completion.
The large combination windows for the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units in The Louisa Flowers will provide each unit with maximum natural light without compromising interior comfort.
