This past year, we launched our Client Success Recognition Program to acknowledge employees who:

Everyone at the company was asked to nominate co-workers whom they consistently witnessed prioritizing our clients’ success. Here are our newly minted Client Success Champions:
Diego Cubillos
Diego is a glazier in our production team. He was nominated due to his positive attitude, innovative ideas to improve workflows, and ability to adapt in the face of unforeseen challenges.
Jailen Goodson
Jailen is a product representative for Innotech Services. His was nominated because of his genuine desire to build lasting relationships with not only his clients, but the many tradespeople involved in every new build or renovation. He also conducts many site visits throughout the project to ensure specification, delivery and installation meet and exceed targets.
Lea Durr
Lea is a section leader at mid-assembly in our production team. She was nominated because of her ability to motivate her team and flexibility in the face of changes. Quality is her priority and she often takes initiative to suggest improvements that have positive impacts on our clients.
Brenda Iniestra
Brenda is a residential project coordinator that primarily works with our many dealers. She was nominated for her high attention to detail, positive and honest interactions with our clients, and her sincere desire to continually improve processes and workflows for our clients.
