Message from our President
To our Valued Clients,
It has been another exciting year at Innotech Windows + Doors.
In 2021, we set a bold target: 100% client satisfaction. Over the last three years, our entire organization has been involved in many initiatives to support this target. This year, we continued to make progress on improving our teams, processes and systems. Here are a few highlights:
For the third year in a row, our team has grown significantly. We welcomed 41 wonderful people to the Innotech family; the addition of new talent continues to invigorate our team and to propel innovation across all departments. (Click here to see photos from our largest Christmas staff party!)
Our multi-family team was strategically restructured and expanded to better serve our many clients. Our highly focused and experienced multi-family team now includes product consultants, project managers, estimators, drafters, service technicians and installers. The multi-family team has the skills and experience to deliver excellence at all stages of our most complex projects.
We invested heavily in our manufacturing facility and production team to ensure consistent high-quality throughout our rapid growth. Our manufacturing plant was revamped with a new layout to improve efficiencies; cross-training was a focus to deepen overall manufacturing knowledge; and we created a dedicated quality assurance team to identify, manage and implement all things quality.
Every day, I am honoured to lead our team; their genuine desire and commitment to our clients is truly the foundation of our success.
A few other highlights of 2024 include:
- Earlier this year I had the opportunity to go to Fensterbau in Germany with other members of our team. It was exciting to see the many innovations in the European fenestration industry.
- I had the pleasure to meet many of our clients when they visited our head office for production tours. Our entire team enjoys opening our doors to show the quality of our manufacturing.
- Our learning centre at our head office was completed. With the ability to host a group of thirty people, this space is used for both internal training and external presentations.
- We manufactured high-performance windows and doors for many Passive House projects in Canada and the United States, including Vienna House in Vancouver, BC and Mercy Greenbrae Apartments in Lake Oswego, OR.
- We published EPDs and HPDs for our core products! This was a remarkable team effort that further demonstrates our commitment to creating healthy living spaces for our clients.
