To our Valued Clients,
Coming on the heels of two of the more challenging years in our twenty year history, this past year has been incredibly exciting.
Thanks to our wonderful clients and our tireless team, Innotech manufactured a record-breaking number of high-performance windows and doors for individuals across North America. I can’t overstate how exciting it is for us to be fulfilling our mission of improving the health of building occupants and our planet!
At the end of last year, we committed to work diligently towards 100% client satisfaction. Our team identified several areas of improvement, including the immediate need to grow our team to better serve our clients. I am pleased to announce that we added 16 new faces to the Innotech family this year – another record for Innotech.
With every new team member, our entire team is invigorated. New talent offers an important fresh perspective and opportunity for improvement. It has been a pleasure to welcome additional team members in nearly every department at Innotech, from sales and estimating, operations to production, to warehouse and service.
This year, I also attended the Passive House Institute US (Phius) Conference in Chicago, IL. The passion I witnessed for better built buildings was powerful. Connecting face-to-face with industry leaders and change makers re-affirmed in myself that the windows and doors we manufacturer make a much-needed, positive difference.
In 2001, Innotech Windows + Doors made a commitment to only manufacture high-performance fenestration systems, regardless of mass market demands. While our unwavering commitment was, and in some cases, still is, unpopular for some, we believed – and I believed – it was the right thing to do. Today, the demand for high-performance building materials is on the rise – and I firmly believe the wave is just starting.
Thank you for your ongoing support – the Innotech team and I look forward to serving you in 2023. In fact, we have a very exciting announcement coming early next year!
