Accessibility Options
Innotech windows and doors are available with a number of options to make each window and door easily accessible for everyone in your home.
Handle Height
The handles on our Tilt + Turn Windows can be mounted lower on the sash to make them within reach (shown on image to the left). They can also be mounted on the bottom part of the sash for even more ease of access.
Door Width
All of our doors can be built to make them accessible for wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Door Sills
Inswing and outswing Entry Doors, Terrace Swing Doors and Tilt + Turn Doors are available with six different sill options: high-performance, easy access and barrier free (ADA adaptable) in both our low and standard sill height.
Motor Operated Windows
For additional convenience and accessibility, Tilt + Turn Windows are available with an electrically operated low voltage motor. The operator is installed to the window frame and is available with a stroke of 200 or 250 mm and has an opening force of 150 N and a closing force of 180 N.
