Warranty Claims

 

If you encounter a problem with your Innotech product(s), contact the dealer, distributor or contrator from whom you purchased the product(s) or contact us by mail, phone, fax or online within 30 days of discovering the problem.

 

Our Commitment to You

 

Our commitment is to strive to provide all of our clients with prompt and friendly service. Once we receive your warranty claim, we will send you an acknowledgement within five business days and will endeavour to begin to take appropriate action within 30 days. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the warranty claim process to make sure your claim in satisfactorily resolved.

 

To send your warranty claim by mail or fax, please include the following information:

 

1. Your Order No. from your original purchase (found in the upper right hand side of your invoice, starts with the number seven) and/or your Manufacturing No. (engraved in the bottom right corner of the glass below the Innotech logo, starts with the number five).

2. Photo(s) of the problem.

3. Description of the problem, including what components are affected (glass, frame, operation hardware, screen or window coverings).

4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

The Order No. is found in the upper right hand side of your invoice(s) below the Invoice No. The Order No. always starts with the number seven (7).
The Manufacturing No. is engraved in the lower right hand corner of the glass below the Innotech logo. The Manufacturing No. always starts with the number five (5).
