Built in 2001, Villa Firenze in Bellevue, Washington is a seven storey, 32 unit condominium that blends contemporary architecture with a touch of classic design.

In 2009, the mid rise building underwent a complete building envelope restoration. At this time, Innotech was selected by Soltner Group Architects to replace the existing tilt and turn windows and patio doors. In total, 290 Tilt + Turn Windows, 22 outswing Terrace Swing Doors and 106 Tilt + Glide Doors were installed.

Just like all windows are not created equal, all tilt and turn windows are not created equal. The Innotech Hybrid Framing System is engineered in Germany by TROCAL – the leading manufacturer of uPVC windows with over 50 years of experienced. The windows and doors have been adapted to North American building requirements by the engineering team at Innotech. The result is highly developed product that is designed to performs for many years.
