University Pointe at College Station

When the owners of Portland State University (PSU) College Station Housing said they were looking for windows with superior water resistance, Walsh Construction in Portland knew who to recommend for the job: Innotech.

Located in downtown Portland, the new LEED® registered University Pointe at College Station is designed to be a sustainable living learning centre. The 16-story high-rise building houses over 1,000 students and includes two levels of classrooms and ground level retail.

Working with American Campus Communities, SERA Architects and Walsh Construction, Innotech supplied 1,813 Tilt + Turn and Picture Windows for the project in 24 weeks. To meet the project’s tight deadline, we scheduled delivery of one 53 ft. trailer to the site every week for 24 weeks.

Innotech windows are tested to a water resistance B7 or 14.7 PSF. To guarantee watertight products, five percent of windows are tested in-house and one window from each shipment was tested on site at University Pointe.

Our commitment to stringent quality control and testing processes, as well as our in-depth understanding and essential experience in the fenestration industry, have earned Innotech a reputation of consistently delivering high performance products for high demanding projects like University Pointe.
