The Shire of Spring Willow is a new residential development by Norcan Development Corporation in Southwest Calgary, Alberta. Featuring large lots and custom built homes, the new community is designed for discerning homeowners who seek urban living in a peaceful setting.

Unlike most new developments, every home at The Shire of Spring Willow will be custom designed and built. To date, seven out of the eight homes  in the 13-lot community has Innotech windows and doors. N of 1 and the architect, Cameron at Campbell Design, both specified Innotech products for their proven durability, superior energy efficiency and easy to use operation.

“This is a unique and high-end development,” says Rob. “I wanted windows and doors that would add long lasting value to each of the homes, making them efficient, comfortable and secure for many, many years. Design continuity throughout the community was also important – street appeal is a home’s first impression.”
