Nordic Touch by Pavel Denisov Design is an  award-winning, highly energy-efficient 3,297 sq. ft. custom home in North Vancouver, BC. Using high-performance construction techniques and materials, the home achieved an EnerGuide rating of 85 and an airtightness of 1.77 ACH.

The exterior walls are built with an innovative pre-manufactured wall system imported from Finland. The 8″ thick walls are made of engineered tongue and groove timber that significantly improves the air tightness and indoor air quality of the home. The airtight building envelope also features our dual-seal tilt and turn windows and our triple-seal patio doors.

Nordic Touch won the  2018 Georgie Awards for Best Innovative Feature and was nominated for Best Single Family Home up to $900K and Best Interior Design.
