We're extremely proud of the relationship we've formed with Wildsight, a non-profit organization that champions the conservation and preservation of BC's Rocky Mountain ecoregion. Recently we had the opportunity to partner with them on a project whereby two families received free home energy efficiency upgrades. Now, Wildsight would like you to come and visit the houses to see the improvements for yourself.
In early April two demonstration homes were selected, and after an audit revealed where energy efficiency could most be improved, Wildsight worked with the families to choose the most effective upgrades (the homeowners were expected to cover material costs, while all the labour was provided). Over the past two weekends crews of volunteers set upon each home to complete the projects.
Now that the upgrades have been performed, Wildsight is encouraging the public to view the demonstration homes to learn how simple it can be to improve energy efficiency. This coming Earth Day weekend, April 20th and 21st, Wildsight will be giving tours of each home and passing on tips for lowing your carbon footprint (and saving some money!). To inquire about the tours, or to learn more about Wildsight's environmental stewardship activities, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 250-427-2535 (extension 227).
The 18th annual Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association Parade of Renovated Homes is an exciting opportunity for the public to tour 12 professionally renovated homes in the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Innotech Windows + Doors is excited to feature its Tilt + Turn Windows and Terrace Swing Doors in the North Vancouver home featured on the tour.
Recently renovated by Blackfish Homes and Construction in collaboration with JRS Engineering, the beautiful home features a host of green features. It has achieved an outstanding EnerGuide rating of 87 and ultra-low air change per hour of 1.2, making it one of the most energy efficient homes in the Lower Mainland.

Innotech recently completed the installation of Tilt + Turn Windows, Picture Windows and an Entry Door in the Ten Thousand Villages retail location in downtown Langley, British Columbia.
The new black acryl-protect windows and doors nicely complement and instantly modernize the old storefront. The new windows and doors also provide excellent security against casual break-ins - an important benefit for storefronts. The owners are so impressed with their new windows and doors that they plan to replace the double front entry door at the entrance of their building within the next year.
