Innotech Moves to Langley
In the past 15 years, we have been fortunate to work with many progressive industry leaders who specify high-performance windows and doors for their projects. Our clients’ commitment to designing and building highly energy efficient and durable homes and buildings is the primary reason our company has had the opportunity to thrive.
Since 2001, Innotech has steadily expanded to become North America’s largest exclusive manufacturer of European-style windows and doors. We supply our high-performance tilt and turn windows, fixed windows and many exterior doors to top-tier single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial projects throughout the Canadian and American Pacific Northwest – and beyond.
As a result of our substantial growth over the past decade, we outgrew our first home in Abbotsford, BC. Our search for a new property had us looking throughout the Fraser Valley, from Surrey to Chilliwack. Our goal was to find a larger property that would be centrally located for our employees, as well as for our many clients east of the Port Mann Bridge. We found the perfect property in Gloucester Industrial Estates in Langley.
Located on 3.5 acres, our new head office and manufacturing facilities is three times larger than our start-up home. With over 77,000 square feet of space, we now not only have the necessary space for all of our employees (it was getting a bit crowded!), but we now also have the space to efficiently increase our manufacturing capacity to meet the exciting demand for our windows and doors.
All profiles are stored inside to acclimatize before being used in our windows and doors.
In addition to moving to a larger property, we also took the opportunity to upgrade and improve our manufacturing facility. Several new equipment, an upgraded manufacturing plant layout, and many new processes have been incorporated into our new facility. With all of the new changes, it is our goal to effectively double our manufacturing output by the end of the year.

Our new head office also includes a contemporary showroom and a large event space for upcoming educational seminars and events for the industry. We look forward to welcoming the industry to our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and event space! Stay tuned for upcoming event details.
