Under Construction: Parc Elise in Vancouver

Construction is well underway for a new luxury condo and townhouse development in Vancouver. Parc Elise is a 6-storey wood frame over concrete building with 88 residential units located in the trendy Cambie street corridor near Queen Elizabeth Park. Parc Elise is sold-out, months before completion.

Built by long-term building partner, Performance Construction, Parc Elise is aiming for LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Gold certification. The building will also meet the City of Vancouver’s aggressive energy performance of 22% better than ASHRAE 90.1:2010.

Innotech is supplying Picture Windows, Tilt + Turn Windows and Terrace Swing Doors in our Defender 76TS System. The high-performance windows and doors will significantly contribute to an air, water and sound resistant building envelope.
